Thanks for your kind advice and interpretation.I think it is clearning my negative energies as you suggested, I will continue wear the Sade sathi mala which has been purchased from you as prescribed and drink plenty of HOT HOT water and see what happens. It is was just a worry as for 3 days after wearing the rudraksha mala ,I have been breathing through the mouth especially in the evenings . It gets better in the morning however. VERY STRANGE IN ITS PHENOMENON. Other things I have noticed is that it has more effect from evening up till evening

I will keep you posted after the HOT WATER EXPERIENCE and let you know. To be honest the MALA HAS HELPED ME ACHIEVE A HIGHER STATE OF MIND AND THINKING EXCEPT FOR THESE MINOR AILEMNTS .

I wanted to let you know about my experience with the Rudraksha and its holistic approach. It was terrific. About six month ago I started to get terrible stomach pains every morning. I would always wake up about 4 or 5 in the morning. Doctors had me on several different medication. Prevacid, Nexium, Prilosec, etc. I had been in and out of the hospital for tests.
