POLICY ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 
1 Email us about reason of Returning he products.Customer and Seller Should discuss about return and if has to return seller should accept it.
2Pack all the items in the original packing or any secure packaging box
3 Go to your choice of parcel company and pay the parcel charge by yourself ( This parcel charge will not be refunded )

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

 
Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 7 (seven) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller .The items can be returned if their  properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the items, Customers must email to the seller and after seller - customer mutual understanding of Return is Finalized.
 
 
 
Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

Once the Seller Receive the Products back then only amount is refunded.After 7 days of receiving the items , we will not take back the items.
